Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence basically defines the competence of an individual to perceive not just his own feelings but the also the feelings of others. It is an ability to know, feel, understand and eventually judge the emotions accurately in close cooperation with one’s thought process so as to behave in a proper way. New Jalpaiguri Junction.

The trip was basically organized by the Rabha Student’s Union of Gauhati University for the students especially belonging to the Rabha Community. Since it was the first educational trip for most of the students, a sense of rejoiceful enthusiasm and exhilaration was clearly visible on their ecstatic faces.  Their self-esteem might also be the other fact that had eventually led them to be more energetic. However, the most vital factor behind all these inevitable aspects is the pride of carrying the utmost responsibility of representing the vibrant “RABHA” community into a new place.
